She was predeceased by: her parents, Chuck Kubich and Irene Kubich. She is survived by: her sister Karen Andrews (Steve); her niece Amanda Herall (Tim); and her nephew Dustin Goan (Madison). She is also survived by four grand nieces and nephews.
