He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Jurgens and Carole Jurgens. He is survived by: his children, Ross Jurgens (Tatum) of Bellevue and Elle Jurgens of Ralston; his fiancée Julie Guzinski of La Vista; his sisters, Stephanie Garwood (Matt) of Urbandale, IA, Catherine Jurgens and Christine Jurgens; his nephews, Kurt, Grant and Cole; and his aunt Jean Chesnut.
