He is survived by: his wife Theresa Rios of Bellevue; his children, Rusty Schneider and Rachel Schneider; his stepsons, Freddie Garcia of Bellevue and Joseph Velez of Augusta, GA; and his sister Connie Mendez of Fremont. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
