She was predeceased by: her husband John Thomas McPhatter; and her parents, Oscar Fairly and Beulah Mae Fairly. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynnā McPhatter-Harris (Terrell) and Toni Horner (Ron); and her grandchildren, Ellie Harris and Vivian Horner. She is also survived by several siblings, numerous nieces & nephews.
