He was predeceased by: his daughter Rachael Warren; his brother Rodney Warren; his stepmother Nancy Warren; and his girlfriend Janet Mathis. He is survived by: his daughter April Warren; his father Richard Warren (Luellen); and his siblings, Sandy Warren, Wendy Mendolia, John Warren (Karolyn), Mike Prue, Lisa Prue, Rhonda Sporcek, Vickie Krueger and Ricky Warren. He is also survived by grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
