He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clark and Helen Scott; and his siblings, Richard Clark, Shirley McCain, Floyd Clark, Jr. and Patricia Goodwin.

He is survived by: his children, Jason Clark (Kimberly) and Jennifer Clark; his grandchildren, Olivia and Liam; and his siblings, Flora Henry, Gary Clark and Bonnie Naffziger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
