He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Woodworth and Mary Woodworth; and his sister Karen Woodworth. He is survived by: his children, Chad Woodworth (Kelli), David Woodworth, Tina Gass (Chris) and Brian Kelly; his grandchildren, Shane "Ash", Jalinn, Kara Woodworth, Addie and Tyson Gass; and his siblings, Ronald Woodworth (Dolores), Thomas Woodworth (Barbara) and Ann Woodworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel (2202 Hancock St, Bellevue, NE 68005).
