He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stastny and Vera Stastny; and his siblings, Dolores Wzorek and James Stastny. He is survived by: his sister Vera Gable (Ralph); and his sister-in-law Rita Stastny. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
