He was predeceased by: his father Emilio N. Arispe, Sr.; and his brother Ricardo Arispe. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley N. Looney (Devon); his mother Margarita D. Arispe; his siblings, Margarita Dickey (Richard), Rosemary Aguilera (Ruben), Teresa Kinsella (Joseph) and Emilio Arispe (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Devon and Jaxon Looney. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, family and friends.
