Parsla V. was predeceased by: parents, Janis Mende and Austra Mende. Parsla V. is survived by: husband Bill; children, Joseph Dineen (Yasaman) and Anne Dineen (Todd Small); grandchildren, Addison Small and Avari Small; brother Eric Mende (Barb); and sister-in-law Rita Stovie.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Joan of Arc School or Holy Name School.
