He is survived by: his parents, Paul P. Johnson and Lisa Zito of East Stroudsburg; his brother Joseph Johnson (Kelly); his nieces and nephews, Kairi and Paul Johnson (Maria Zara) of Guilderland, N. Y.; his sister EmmaRose Zito; his grandparents, Joseph, Diane Zito, Mary and Rudolph Romagnano of Brick, N. J.; and his godmother Tina Zito. He is also survived by several aunts uncles and cousins.

Memorial donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project 370 7th.
