He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Weatherly and Elizabeth Weatherly (Britt); and his sisters, Frances Piatt, Carolyn Davis and Judy Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Weatherly; his siblings, Florence Jones, Flora Lamb, Grace Reece, Katrina Rogers, Marilyn Batiste and Andrew Weatherly, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Ginger Taylor, Fred Weatherly, Stacy Seller, William Carpenter (Rhonda), Tre'Turner (Danielle), Tamera Marisett-Williams (Antjuan), LaTosha Johnson (Leonard), Cassaundra Marisett-Banks (Jonathan), Devaunté Weatherly (Rosa), Alicia Reeves (Maurice), Rache'Henderson, Devyan Henderson, Anna Henderson, Dionne Henderson, Stephen Simusa (Jordan) and Briana Simusa. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
