He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Addison and Pauline Addison. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Heather Spahn (Mike Derry), Alan Addison and Brandy Nelson (Alek); his grandchildren, Jacob and Gannon Spahn; and his children, Jon and Sarah-Ann Spahn.
