He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Anthony Kelly (Haleigh Smith) and Hannah Kelly; his parents, Hoy Kelly and Florence "Mitzi" Kelly; and his siblings, Becky Scott (Tim), Randy Kelly (Tammy) and Michele Hatcher (Mario). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
