He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Jeffrey and Jan Krejci; his father-in-law Dave; and his brother Philip Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Nicolette; his children, Gabriel Jeffrey (Takarah), Luke Jeffrey and Grace Jeffrey; and his siblings, Kathy Graves and Eric Jeffrey (Colleen). He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
