She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Raymond Stewart, Jr.; her parents, Dwight Payne and Ruth Payne; her sister Martel Markey; and her daughter-in-law Betty Gay Stewart.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Raymond Stewart III and Dwight Dillon Stewart (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Dwight Lynch Stewart (Samantha) and Sarah Stewart Beerbower (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Corina, Evalyn Stewart and Sloane Beerbower. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Josie Harper Hospice House or to Alzheimer's Association.
