She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracey Anderson and Hazel Anderson; her husbands, James Kuntz, Gary Crouse and Fred Carmack; and her sister Yvonne Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Kuntz, Scott Kuntz and Kelly Hoefer (Marty); her grandchildren, Brittney, Tierra, Joshua, Zachary, Logan and Noah; and her great grandchildren, Ryder, Beckett and Kingsley. She is also survived by many loving friends and relatives.
