Margaret L. Johnson Obituary
Margaret L. (Peggy) Johnson (Grahl) (Omaha) passed away June 12, 2019. She was born in 1932, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ben and Margaret Longeway Grahl, her husband Raymond L. Johnson (1998), her sister Kathleen Grahl Langston (2012), and her brother in law Gary E. Langston (2013). She is survived by deceased husband’s cousin Don Lieberknecht, nephew and wife Gary E. Langston, Jr., and his wife Jamie Langston (Washington, DC), her nephew Mark Langston and his wife Hilary Langston (Broomfield, CO), her great niece Samantha Langston, her great nephews Jesse Langston, Christopher Langston, and John Langston, and her dear friends.
Peggy graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs, and worked for years as an executive secretary for Peoples and Northern Natural Gas companies. She was a member of Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church, volunteered for Children’s Hospital, and was a member of PEO Chapter GE - Omaha.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to be given to Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church, Omaha.
