He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Moore and Joyce Moore; his sister Angela Moore; and his nephew Jacob Bessett. He is survived by: his children, Alaina Flores (Matthew), Brandon, Caleb and Carly Moore.

Memorials will be to Children's Hospital of Omaha or the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
