She was predeceased by: her husband Dale DeWayne Martz; her son Dennis L. Martz; and her siblings, Don, Jim, Dale, Kenneth, Alvin Horn, Helen Morrison and Eileen Weckman.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Martz (Penny) and Roger Martz (Debra); her daughter-in-law Tonya Shanno (Jim); her grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Kelsey, Keith, Cheri and Courtney; and her sisters, Ruby Pittman and Louise Williams (Ben). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
