He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Michael, James (Tami), Christina Higgins Buck (Phil), Mary Patel (Kal) and John (Amy); his grandchildren, Madeleine Higgins, Max Buck, Samuel Leonard Buck, Ben Higgins, Jane Higgins and Ari Patel; and his siblings, Virginia Higgins and Patrick (Shawnie).
