It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawanda Jackson (Bellevue, Nebraska), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Carpenter and Vivian Carpenter (Ennis); her former husband Leland Myers, Sr.; her son Robert; her husband Jack Jackson; her children, Cheryl Myers (Dwayne Paustian) of Plattsmouth, NE and Leland Myers, Jr. (Sydney) of Hydesville, CA; her grandchildren, Amanda Laubenthal, Anna McNett, Leland Myers III, Alicia Myers, Laura Marsh and Lloyd Myers; her stepdaughters, Linda, Maura and Marissa Jackson; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Carpenter of Papillion, NE and Ruth Myers of Fullerton, NE.. She was also cherished by 11 great grandchildren.
