He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Wozniak and Helen Wozniak; and his sister Ruth Lech. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Wozniak of Bellevue; his daughters-in-law, Terrill Wozniak (Sue) of Omaha and Alan Wozniak (Brenda); and his daughters, Sherry Wozniak, Bunz Coontz of Omaha and Diane Coontz (Dean) of Papillion. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren.

Laverne Ray Wozniak February 4, 1931 - August 11, 2018 Vern passed away on August 11. 2018, from his battle with Alzheimer's.
