We bid farewell to Larry Olof Klanderud of Bellevue, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 27, 2024 at the age of 85. Larry Olof touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olof Klanderud and Minnie Klanderud; and his grandson Ethan Klanderud. He is survived by: his wife Marlys; his children, Gail (Jennifer Furniss), Lynda Stangl (Joe) and Eric (Anita); his grandchildren, Ryan Stangl, Kaitlyn (Stangl), Mike Holton, Victoria (Stangl), Brandon Lewis, Maxwell Klanderud and Zachary Klanderud; and his great grandchild Oliver Holton.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel (2202 Hancock St, Bellevue, NE 68005). The military honors will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138).
