He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Bishop-Ho and Bill Munsell. He is survived by: his sister Cindy Janicek (Steve); his stepfather Victor Ho (Rico Lee-Ho); his stepsisters, Margaret Ho and Regina Ho; and his nieces, Amanda and Shannon Janicek. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
