It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy J. Bullard (Bellevue, Nebraska), who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Tedder. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Bullard; her sons, Tom (Gina) and Bryan Bullard; her grandchildren, Zoey and Dylan; her mother Mary Ann Tedder; and her siblings, Dale Tedder (Lori), Karen Christensen (Steve) and Debra McIntosh (Hal).
