She was predeceased by: her husband Monroe G. McCann; and her siblings, Jean Williams, Fred "Sonny" McCarter, Harry "Chuck" McCarter, Jack McCarter and Ida Slate.

She is survived by: her children, Carter McCann, Arthur "Bucky" McCann, Christy Mayo, David McCann (Doris) and Patty Brueckman (Greg). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
