It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph A. Vampola (Bellevue, Nebraska), who passed away on August 9, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna and John; his siblings, Anna Marie, Agnes, Mary Lou, John and Herman; his granddaughter Tari Lynn; and his great great grandchild Enzo.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Mary Ann Duffy (Ben), Kathleen Alexander (Keith), Susie Barrett, Joey Vampola (Susy), Barbara Jean Vampola, Jerri Stafford (Larry), Judy Polsley, Barbara Lynn Cone (Danny), Michael Vampola, Ronnie Vampola (Kandi) and Nathan Vampola (Ashton); and his sisters, Rosemary Probst, Dolores Kaluza (John), Joan Vance (Ralph), Jean Garcia (Ben) and Kathleen Vampola. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and spouses; 53 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
