She is survived by: her children, Rae Carter (Lowell Schwab), Robert Carter (Peggy), Lynn Perkins (Stan), Patricia Cangelosi (Joseph), Richard Carter (Lou Ann), Carol Newman (Barry), Phyllis Schlinz (Kent) and Dr. Jo Carter; and her brother Dr. Carrol Guinn (Charlotte). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
