He was predeceased by: his parents, John Basilevac and Ellen Basilevac; his sister Mary Kay Hulsebus; and his granddaughters, Rachael Grell and Rhonda Grell.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Cindy Grell (Randy), Craig Miller (Summer), Cristy Langfeldt (Lance) and Christopher Basilevac (Chanell); and his brothers, Robert (Elaine) and James.
