He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Beverly, Bill Lewis and Mike Aube. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Lewis and Marion Lewis; his siblings, Aleisa Ronco (Matt), Laura Champlin (Cody), Timothy Lewis (Caitlin), Meagan Nelson (Greg), Chris Lewis (Chelsea), Kevin Lewis (Ashley Patras), Matthew Lewis and Maya Lewis; his grandmother Elisabeth "Beppie" Aube; and his nephews, Wyatt (Wesley Champlin), Tyler (Benjamin Lewis), William Ronco and Colt Lewis. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
