He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his sons, Mike Manners (Liz) of Minnesota and Russ Manners (Mary Ann) of Omaha. He is also survived by four loving grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Fontenelle Forest or Columban Fathers, Bellevue.
