She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Smeall. She is survived by: her children, Melvin Smeall (Angie), Aaron Smeall (Lisa) and Brenna Smeall (Jo Ann Peterson); her grandchildren, Marney, Garrett, Courtney, Van and Remi; and her brother Dale Fowler (Gloria). She is also survived by her extended family and many good friends.
