Jack was predeceased by: wife Rosemary Croudy; son Jack M. Croudy; brother Bill Croudy; sister-in-law Arlene Croudy; and sister Betty Jane Croudy.

Jack is survived by: children, Steven Croudy (Colleen) and Anne Godsey (Mitch); sister Madalene Olson (Dick); and sister-in-law Betty Holcomb. Jack is also survived by five granddaughters; eleven great-grandchildren.
