Hoy is survived by: wife Florence "Mitzie"; children, Becky Scott, Randy Kelly (Tammy) and Michele Hatcher (Mario); daughter-in-law Grace Kelly; grandchildren, Kenny (Tara) of Courtney, AJ, Nicole (Caleb), Brandon, Whitney (Davy), Caitlyn, Anthony (Haleigh), Ryan (Maranda), Jessica, Haley (Larry) and Hannah; great grandchildren, Chace, Jake, Quincy, Henry, Remingtyn and Leighton; and sister Madeline Gallup.
