She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelo Sigua and Maria Sigua; and also Seiichi Iwasa. She is survived by: her husband David Salinas; her sons, Koichi Iwasa and Kenji Salinas (Nicole); and her niece Aika Yoshida. She is also survived by 13 siblings.
