He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua Gifford and Marion Gifford; his siblings, Arnold Gifford and Martha Moniz; and his great grandchild Hazel Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his sons, Donald (Leanne) and Douglas Gifford (Val); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Francis (Russ), Joshua, Libby and Nathan Gifford; and his great grandchildren, Eva and Grace Francis.
