She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Jay" Firmature; her grandson Ryan Joseph Furlow; and her parents, Cyril Humlicek and Ida Humlicek. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Joseph Firmature and Catherine Ann Furlow (Donald); and her grandchildren, Abigail and Peter Furlow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorials may be directed to the Parkinson's Foundation.
