He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Hardwick and Lois Hardwick; and his son John Hardwick. He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his children, Aaron Hardwick, Rebecca Hardwick and Shannon Hardwick Magee. He is also survived by grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in his name to Disabled American Veterans (D.A.V), The National Audubon Society, or St Jude's Children Hospital.
