He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bazemore and Sherry Bazemore; and his brother Kenneth Bazemore. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son Christopher W. Bazemore; his granddaughters, Stelle and Hadley; his brothers, Steven Bazemore (Tammi) and Donald Bazemore; and his sister-in-law Lorine Owens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
