He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette; his daughter Mary; and his sister Margaret Semin. He is survived by: his daughter Ann Wees (David); his grandchildren, Sarah, Lisa and Brian; his son Frank R. Semin (Camela); his grandsons, Frank D., Jacob, Paul and Dylan; his son David Semin (Dongyin); his grandchild Dillon; and his brothers, Robert (Elaine Semin) and Harold (Mary Ann Semin). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
