He was predeceased by: his mother Mary E. Kratzer (Wise); his wife Marjorie L. Kratzer (Greer Pennington); his son Russell Pennington; his father Frank, Sr. Kratzer; his parents-in-law, Cyrus and Mayetta Greer; and his siblings-in-law, Waldo, Ralph Greer and Nelia Greer.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Collins (Kay), Linda Hecht (Dennis), Leigh Poskochil (Rodney), Sharon Pennington and Karen Lemke; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Boswell (Greer), Merna Greer and Maxine Greer; his grandchildren, Sheila Cramer (Reynolds), Christine Head (Bo Wake), Nicole Hecht Juranek (Wesley), Kathryn Hecht-Weber (Curtis), Dustin Poskochil, Laura Herman (Curt), Kinsey Poskochil, Alexis Duclayan, Mitchell, Morgan and Miles Lemke; and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Zach, Benjamin Cramer, Cullen, Cannon, Cameron, Leonidas, Calex Wake, Max, Nora, Cecelia Juranek, Charlie Weber, Ellie Dyer, Adrienne, Isaac Herman and Kari Kate.
