She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Crandall (Terry) and Linda Fouts; her grandchildren, Jennifer Northouse (Jeff), Chris Crandall and Tarra Forsythe (John); and her great grandchildren, Kathryn, Elizabeth Northouse, Joshua, Shannon and Nicole Forsythe.
