He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Ramos; and his daughter Teresa Ramos. He is survived by: his children, Josefina Ellsworth (Timothy), Felipe Ramos, Jr. and Veronica Westenburg (David); and his grandchildren, Raquel (Oscar), Rebeca (Brent), Felipe (Sara), Victorio (Jill), Tedesa, Anjela (Alfredo) and Emily. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
