He was predeceased by: his wife Joan M. Ratigan; his daughter Michelle Marie; his parents, Patrick and Matilda; and his brother Patrick L. Ratigan, Jr..
He is survived by: his son Michael Ratigan; his granddaughter Dani L. Ratigan; his great grandchildren, Avery Anna and Wesley Michael; his granddaughter Lacey R. Varnell; his great grandchildren, Bridget Reaves and Lilly; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Hazuka, Daniel Hazuka, Carol, Mike Gonzalez, Deb, Dave Molek and Linda Hazuka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
