She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert D. Adams; her children, John (Francine), Steve, Brian (Deb) and Kristine Schweser (Rocky); her grandchildren, John Adams II (Lisa), Carrie Adams, Justin Adams, Lyndsey Adams, Mads Adams (Elise), Quentin Adams, Derek Schweser and Grant Schweser; her great grandchildren, Avery Adams, Ashtyn Adams and Ayla Adams; and her siblings, Sibyl Carr, Florian Hrdlicka (Linda), Ruth Beranek and Zita Comes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Make-A-Wish.
