He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearle Schultz and Edgar Schultz; his siblings, Daryl Schultz and Marge Freitag; and his nephews, Darren DeBoer and Doug Freitag.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his sons, Corey (Kate) of Hebron, NE and Jeff of Roanoke, VA; his grandchildren, Jared of Lincoln, NE, Jayden and Natalie of Roanoke, VA; and his siblings, Barb Bauer of Omaha, NE, Joyce DeBoer of Fairbury, NE, Dale Schultz (Paula) of Fairbury, NE and Steve Schultz (Beth) of Fairbury, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
