He was predeceased by: his stepfather Paul B. Cutter; his parents, Wayne D. Jewett and Almyra Cutter; and his sister Tamela Brischke. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Laura Morgan, Jennifer R. Cutter, Matthew D. Cutter (Liam), Julia M. Hoglund (Chelsea) and Daniel P. Cutter (Myrcka); his grandchildren, Kiliki Rose, Aiden Morgan, Conner Hoglund and Emalynn Sue Hoglund; and his siblings, Steven P. Cutter, Paula Nation (Steve), Annette Cutter and Paul P. Cutter (Jami).
