Hobbs of Bellevue, Nebraska, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Donald Hobbs; his wife Frances Long; and his children, Allen and Marina. He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Phillips (Anthony) of Council Bluffs and Cindy Rupp (Richard) of Council Bluffs; and his half-brothers, Raymond and Randy Hobbs. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter.
