He is survived by: his son David Weaver (Trisha Mitchell); his grandchildren, Brayden and Sydney; his siblings, Harry Weaver, Juanita Nether (Carl), Katie Weaver, Charlie Weaver and Larry Weaver (Cecelia); and his brother-in-law Olester Clemons (Lethia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
